Şebinkarahisar Yellow Mountain Rose – Adonis aestivalis – Varyete paryadrica

Blood Drop, Rooster Rose and locally known Şebinkarahisar Yellow Mountain Rose (Adonis cyllenea variety paryadrica); Rose, which was first detected in Şebinkarahisar District of Giresun and partially in Gümüşhane in 1867, is among the medicinal aromatic plants, and the fact that it was detected again in Şebinkarahisar after 150 years is an indication of how rich the city is in terms of biodiversity.
