The Medieval Virgin Mary Monastery in the Kayadibi District of Sarıyer Village, 11 km east of Şebinkarahisar; It is carved into a high rock and there is a holy spring on the left and a fountain on the right in front of the entrance door. After the main entrance door, an aslon is reached through the passage covered with a barrel vault. There are three rooms on the right and left of this awning, these are large rooms. There is a corridor to the south that gives way to the kitchen. Şebinkarahisar Virgin Mary Monastery, which was built by carving into the rock like the Sümela Monastery, consists of four floors and was built for education, worship and residence.
