Pistachio

Pistachio (Pistacia Vera), a type of shelled nut and tree, also called Damascus Pistachio in some regions. Since the majority of the production in Turkey is in Gaziantep and the pistachio enterprises were first established here, it was named Pistachio Pistachio.
