Hairy appearance of a vitamin store dandelion plant. The leaves are eaten by adding to salads, they are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, nicotinic acid, calcium and various minerals. Although it is known as acıgıcı, acıgünek, güneyik, çıtlık, cırtlık arslandişi in the Anatolian geography, the most commonly used name is radika.
